MY GSX750FP I bought my bike new in March 1994 from Graveny M/cycles, Kent. Since then it has covered 49,000 miles & on the whole has been good to me. The only major grief it has given me is when three pistons broke their oil rings after 13,000 miles & an electrical fault in the fuse box.

In Sept. 95 I replaced the engine with a GSXR750J engine & the exhaust for a GSXR1100 one to clear the sump. At the same time I fitted a K&N filter & a Dynojet Kit & added some Goodridge braided brake hoses. I also gave it a repaint from blue to Ford Citrus yellow.

The bike has had 2 minor accidents, the second one causing a small hole to be scrapped in the lower crank case. This finally got my arse in gear to fix the original engine & replace the GSXR lump in 1997.

In early 1998 I bought a Remus exhaust system & in late 1998 I added a race can for a better sound & hopefully a little bit more power .

On 13 February 1999 I treated my favourite bike(and only!)to another respray beause I got bored with yellow. It is now gold(VW LA1U) and Purple(Nissan BR3 pearl)

On 20/6/99 I had some GSXR1100 forks adjusted to fit my bike by MRH engineering to stiffen up the front end & offer more adjustment. I've also had the rear shock rebuilt by MH Racing. All I have to do now is refit the bodywork & take it for a test run.

Me & my bike

Having had the carbs sorted out it now puts out 97.5bhp at the rear wheel(see graph below)

In May 2000 I crashed the bike while I had a camcorder in my tank bag. Fortunatly I did no damage but if you need a laugh click on the REAL button below to watch the video.

A final word on my bike would have to be that it is expensive to insure, expensive to run & blinding fun to ride. It's quick thanks to it's GSXR technology, handles better than people think if your prepared to spend the time setting up the suspension, easy to get your knee down on & best of all you can embarrass many a GSXR pilot.

Dec 2000
Well things have moved on a bit now with the latest performance enhancement added, that enahancement being a GSXR1100H(1052cc) motor!
The motor went in at the begining of December 2000 & it has had one dyno run already which was a bit down on power but that is because the carbs are jetted for a 750 so as soon as that is sorted I will get the dyno sheets up & some pics. What I do know is that it pisses all over blades & can stay with an R1.
LET THE GAMES BEGIN!

LET THE GAMES END!

On May 21,2001 I trashed the Kat big time along with my legs by dropping it on the approach to a bend & sliding 150-200 yards into some immoveable objects at about 50-60mph with me following it. As the bike flipped up into the Telegraph pole I slid into it breaking both legs & ankles. The only good thing is that my kit saved me from any other damage.
